Welcome to AI for Good: AI Camps for Teens!
Our camps are dedicated to educating middle and high school students about AI and machine learning, helping them build the capability to develop and use AI for good. All profits from the camps will be donated to charitable organizations that help reduce adolescent addictions and improve teen mental health. The camps are sponsored by Smart Harmony, and brought to you by professors and students from Stanford University, MIT, Carnegie Mellon University, and NC State University.
All the camps will be online through Zoom.

Distinguished Speaker
Prof. Tianqi Chen is an Assistant Professor in the Machine Learning Department and Computer Science Department at Carnegie Mellon University and Chief Technologist of OctoML. He is an internationally acclaimed expert in Machine Learning Systems, known for his pivotal roles in the creation of Apache TVM, the most influential automated end-to-end open-source optimizing compiler for Deep Learning.

A group of students from Stanford Unviersity, MIT and other universities will be the ambassadors of the camps, helping campers and answering questions. These ambassadors are top winners of International Science Competitions awards and other prestigious awards, and they have been focusing on cutting-edge AI technology development.

Time and Dates
To accommodate different time zones and backgrounds, we offer four camps. In addition to the listed online sessions, there will be guided offline activities (videos, movies, etc.) to broaden the students' horizons in a fun way.

The Fundamental A & B camps are identical in content but in different languages, designed for students having no prior Python coding experience. The Advanced A & B camps are for students having prior Python coding experience.

- Understand the social impact of AI and get exposed to open challenges
- Gain confidence in developing and using AI to solve real-world problems
- Receive an "Young AI Master Certificate"
